Deliver Health is looking for Trainee – HR to join our People Team.

Purpose of the job: A Trainee – HR in People Team is a fresh graduate or pursuing graduation who will be deployed temporarily for six months, usually to gain professional experience in the Human Resources Department. You are required to complete various tasks mainly managing recruitment processes and helping with employee onboarding. You may also be asked to help with other HR related activities. Furthermore, you may be responsible for conducting research on industry trends or other topics relating to the DH HR department. You are expected to learn a lot about the company and its HR processes while developing new skill sets in Human Resources.

You will be getting fixed stipend during your training period for initial six months. Based on your performance, you will be inducted as a full-time employee with benefits.

Role & Responsibilities: As Trainee - HR, you are required to perform various tasks ranging from administrative tasks to more in-depth projects. The exact duties will vary time to time based on business requirement. Generally, you are responsible for tasks such as:

• Assisting in recruitment process including

  • posting job ads
  • becoming familiar with various sourcing techniques, tools and applicant tracking systems
  • candidate’s availability screening
  • interview scheduling
  • candidate engagement
  • administrative tasks as needed such as digital filing, data entry, report generation.

• Research industry trends related to the organization’s Human Resources Department.

• Provide support to the Manager as needed. You should be prepared to take on additional duties and tasks as assigned by your manager, time to time based on organization’s business requirement.
